General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms constitute the complete and legally binding agreement between the Player and dgb999 with respect to the use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements — whether written or verbal — between the Player and dgb999. Use of the Platform is offered strictly subject to full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any additional rules published for specific games, tournaments or promotional offers.

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by logging in to an existing account, or by placing any wager, the Player confirms that they have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. dgb999 recommends that all Players print or save a copy of these Terms for their personal records at the time of registration.

1.2 Amendments

dgb999 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must close their account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining BDT balance.

1.3 Applicable Law

The Platform is operated as an English-language service targeted at the Bangladesh market. These Terms are drafted in English and should be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and good faith. dgb999 does not represent that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

1.4 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version that may be made available for reference purposes, the English version shall always prevail.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money gaming features on the dgb999 Platform, Players must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals in Bangladesh who meet all of the requirements set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account at dgb999, a Player must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. dgb999 is strictly an adults-only platform and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• Provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and Bangladesh mobile phone number.
• Not be self-excluded from dgb999 or any affiliated platform under an active exclusion period.
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the dgb999 Platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. If dgb999 determines that a Player holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled and any bonus funds credited to those accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dgb999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Player's use of the Platform. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal of funds is processed. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Players must also verify the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials — including username and password — confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is prohibited. dgb999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Players must notify dgb999 support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the dgb999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dgb999 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at dgb999's discretion.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Deposits are typically credited to the Player's dgb999 wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• dgb999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees applied by the payment provider are separate from dgb999 and are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits made during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are generally processed fastest. Deposits made outside business hours may experience slightly longer processing times depending on the payment provider.
• dgb999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where required by internal compliance procedures.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, provided that the Player's KYC verification is complete and the withdrawal request does not raise any compliance flags.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, to prevent money laundering and fraudulent fund movement.
• dgb999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity and payment verification procedures.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of a Player's balance that has satisfied all wagering conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
• dgb999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Payment provider fees, if any, are separate.

3.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions

In the event that a deposit fails to reach the Player's dgb999 wallet within a reasonable time, the Player should first check with their payment provider before contacting dgb999 support at [email protected]. dgb999 will investigate any reported discrepancy and respond within two business days. Players must not initiate a payment chargeback without first raising the matter with dgb999 support. Unjustified chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

dgb999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit at dgb999 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of the Player's account and are separate from the real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion terms) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the time limit stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• dgb999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion with other Players, use of automated software, systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method that dgb999 determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals derived from bonus play and permanent account closure. dgb999 uses automated monitoring systems to detect irregular wagering patterns and reserves the right to act on any finding without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through dgb999. Additional game-specific rules published within each game or game category also apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 Accepted Bets & Wagers

All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are final once confirmed. dgb999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error during the placement of a bet, the Player must notify support at [email protected] immediately and dgb999 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its error resolution policy.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each market on the Platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered during selected events. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation.
• dgb999 reserves the right to void any sports bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded, or where odds were published in error.
• Winnings from settled sports bets are credited to the Player's wallet immediately after official result confirmation.

5.3 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games hosted on dgb999 — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, video slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — operate according to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates published by the respective game provider. dgb999 does not modify game logic or RTP settings. Players accept that casino outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

5.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure that affects a game session or bet, dgb999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Player's wallet. Malfunction voids play. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided in the event of a technical malfunction.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dgb999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18, or registering using false age information.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one dgb999 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity, or attempting to use the cashier to move funds without genuine gambling intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer or sports betting markets.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform without human oversight.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, miscalculated odds, software bugs or malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings to which the Player is not legitimately entitled.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive or discriminatory language toward dgb999 support staff or other Players in any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks with a bank or payment provider without first exhausting the dgb999 dispute resolution process.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request permanent closure of their dgb999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings, which can apply an exclusion period ranging from one month to permanent. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within 5 business days.

7.2 Closure by dgb999

dgb999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. dgb999 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player at the registered email address before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts with a remaining BDT balance will have an inactivity maintenance fee applied on a monthly basis as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and verifying their identity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dgb999 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive — arising from the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, whether in casino games, sports betting or crash games.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime or connectivity failures that interrupt a game session or prevent access to the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Any reliance placed by the Player on information, odds, statistics or promotional content published on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

8.1 Platform Availability

dgb999 strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or circumstances beyond dgb999's control (including internet infrastructure failures in Bangladesh, force majeure events or acts of third-party service providers) may result in temporary unavailability. dgb999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from such unavailability.

8.2 Third-Party Content

All games available on dgb999 are supplied by third-party providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. dgb999 is not responsible for any error, malfunction or dispute relating to the game software or game rules as implemented by those providers. Any disputes relating to game outcomes should be directed to dgb999 support, which will liaise with the relevant provider on the Player's behalf.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and dgb999 regarding use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force. A failure by dgb999 to enforce any right under these Terms at any particular time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
